What Primary Service County Means
Salt Lake County is a primary service county alongside Davis and Weber counties. That means scheduling priority, shorter travel from our Roy base, and familiarity with local site conditions and access patterns.
It does not mean every Salt Lake County request automatically qualifies. Each project is still evaluated based on scope, site conditions, access, timing, travel distance within the county, and overall project economics before we confirm fit and move into estimating.
Project Types We Evaluate in Salt Lake County
New Homes — Custom homes, investor and spec homes, and other ground-up residential projects. Bring the parcel or city, plan status, engineering, approximate size, finish level, and the construction role you need filled.
Multifamily Construction — Apartment buildings, townhome developments, and multi-unit residential projects. Include the building type, unit count, plan readiness, and permitting stage.
Commercial Construction — New commercial buildings, retail, office, warehouse, and mixed-use projects. Share the building type, intended use, requested scope, plan status, and any site or access constraints.
Framing — Framing-only scopes for residential, commercial, or multifamily structures. Provide plans, engineering, building type, approximate size, material assumptions, and the downstream schedule your framing needs to fit.
Tenant Improvements — Build-outs, renovations, and finish work within existing commercial spaces. Describe the suite or space, intended use, demolition needs, finish level, occupancy constraints, and whether the scope is a full build-out or isolated finish work.
Remodeling — Kitchen, bathroom, basement, whole-home, and other residential renovation work. List the rooms or systems involved, structural questions, finish level, occupancy needs, and anything that could be phased.
Exterior and Structural — Roofing, siding, concrete, decks, fencing, foundation work, waterproofing, restoration, and other exterior or structural services. Include the property type, the specific system or area, site access, and current condition.

Current work. See recent project updates on the Cornerstone Facebook page. Posts reflect current activity — not a curated portfolio, verified review, or guaranteed project outcome.
